INTITIAL QUOTATION
We provide a complimentary quote for partial and full styling services. We can visit your property on-site or provide a quote from a floor plan for your convenience. Then once you give us the big tick of approval, we’ll manage the entire staging process while you relax knowing your home will be looking its very best. From initial concept to furniture selection, delivery and installation through to the pack up and furniture removal, you can count on us to make it happen.
PRE-SALE CONSULTATION
If you’re ready to discover how to increase the perceived value of your property with simple and strategic updates from a team of experts, then this tailored service is for you. With our unmatched knowledge of the Canberra real estate market and an eye for detail, we’ll walk through the house together and discuss recommended changes - from minor tweaks to cosmetic updates. This can include suggestions for paint, flooring, decluttering, furniture and furniture placement, gardening and more. We can also provide recommendations for sub-contractors to undertake the work, or organise this on your behalf.
Cost: $250 per hour (inc GST).
The most impactful option to achieve the wow factor for your property is our full styling package. Suitable for vacant homes, we start with a blank canvas and use our skill in design to perfectly curate all furniture, decor and art to complement the architecture and location of the property. As self-described perfectionists, we consider every detail to ensure the space is maximised with clever layout solutions and refined styling to look picture perfect in the campaign photography. This ensures the best sales outcome for your property, and the highest return on investment. A win, win!
FULL STYLING
A perfect option for homes requiring an elevated and considered refresh, we style each space using a mix of your existing furniture with additional pieces from our inventory to provide a cohesive, layered look. Tailored specifically to the property with the ideal buyer in mind, we focus on enhancing the layout and aesthetic of the overall space to showcase the potential and stand out in a competitive market to get more buyers through the door.
PARTIAL STYLING
If you love our style (we don’t blame you) and need our design expertise for your own home, we now offer interior styling. With a collaborative approach, we can guide you in selecting furnishings and fixtures, colour palettes and suggesting layout solutions for each space. Please note we only take on a limited number of Styling to Stay projects per year.

The Experience

Once we receive your message, we’ll be in touch to organise a complimentary quote for your styling requirements and discuss a tentative install date. Either our team will visit your property or we can base the pricing off a floor plan.

You’ll receive a detailed proposal for your review. If it’s a big yes, then you can accept the quote, digitally sign the contract and pay your deposit, which confirms your date in our booking calendar.

Let the magic begin! We’ll get busy choosing a cohesive style for your property and packing all the pretty things, ready for installation day. Then on the agreed date, our team will style your home with a detailed and thoughtful approach to complete the transformation.

Once the contracts have been exchanged or the hire period has wrapped up, our team will seamlessly collect the furniture and pack down the installation. There is also an option to extend your furniture hire if required. Finally the vendor writes us a 5-star review and tells all their friends!
